A Coordenação de Administração e Recursos Humanos é responsável pela gestão administrativa e pelo suporte técnico-operacional das ações desenvolvidas pela Secretaria. Entre suas competências, destacam-se a coordenação dos processos administrativos, o gerenciamento de pessoal e a execução de atividades de apoio às políticas públicas voltadas à juventude, ao esporte e ao lazer. A Coordenação atua de forma integrada com os demais setores, garantindo o bom funcionamento das atividades internas, a eficiência na gestão de recursos humanos e a valorização dos servidores. Seu objetivo é assegurar que as ações da Secretaria ocorram de maneira organizada, transparente e alinhada às diretrizes da administração pública municipal.
